Quiz activity now reads clearly in your conversation timeline
When a shopper takes a product quiz, your conversation events timeline now shows it in plain language, Started quiz, Completed with their tier, score, and reward, and Claimed reward, each with its own icon, instead of raw internal labels. It matches the Conversion events panel, so you can follow exactly how a quiz led to a sale.

Style every part of your chat widget with your own CSS
Every part of the chat widget, from the launcher on your storefront to the smallest button inside a message card, now has a stable, named CSS class you can target from the Custom CSS field on the customizer's Advanced tab. Match a specific brand font weight, tighten your spacing, or restyle a single card type, and the live preview updates as you type. A new help center article lists every class you can use. Unsafe values are still blocked automatically, so nothing you paste can compromise your storefront.

Your chat widget now shows your agent's name
If you renamed your support agent in Settings, Agent Identity, your storefront chat widget could still fall back to the default name. Now the widget uses the name you set, everywhere it appears.

See every order in Revenue attribution, plus your attribution rate
Revenue attribution can now show all of your store's orders in the selected range, not just the ones Arbyn sourced. Use the toggle above the table to switch between Attributed and All orders, where the ones Arbyn drove carry an Attributed badge. A new Attribution rate card shows what share of your total orders Arbyn is sourcing, for example 25 percent, 2 of 8 orders. Your headline numbers stay Arbyn only, because that is what attribution measures. You can also filter the table by the channel a conversation came through, and the channel list only ever shows channels you actually use.

More control over where and how your chat widget shows
The widget customizer has two new tabs. Behavior lets you show or hide the chat launcher on desktop and mobile independently, turn on open on hover so the panel opens when a shopper hovers the launcher on desktop, and set page rules so the launcher shows or hides on specific pages of your store, like hiding it on your cart page. Advanced adds a custom CSS field for styling specific elements inside the chat panel, with built in protection against unsafe values so nothing you paste in can compromise your storefront.

Your chat widget's welcome message and Discover collections picker now work the way they should
Your storefront chat could show a generic greeting instead of your own welcome message, even though the customizer's preview looked right. Reopening "Change collections" to update your Discover picks could also silently clear your current choices instead of showing them already selected, so you could never end up with more than a couple. Both are fixed: your welcome message now shows correctly everywhere, and reopening the collections picker shows your current picks already checked so you can add to them without starting over. We also fixed an issue where clearing your welcome message, or a Terms or Privacy link, back to blank could fail to save.

Your Settings page now shows the truth the moment you check it
Your Settings page could show your chat widget as live on your storefront for a while after you had actually turned it off in your theme, and your email card could say "connected" even when you had not yet confirmed forwarding for your own support address. Both are fixed. Checking your chat widget's status now updates every other place that status shows, immediately, not on a delayed background refresh. And your email card now shows two clear statuses: your Arbyn inbox connection, and whether forwarding your own support address is confirmed, so nothing reads as done when it is not.

Collapse your setup checklist once you know it by heart
The "Finish setting up" checklist on your Command Center home can now be collapsed to a single line showing your progress, like "2 of 4 complete", and expanded again whenever you want to see or act on the individual steps.

See your chat widget as you customize it
The widget customizer now shows a live preview of your actual storefront chat widget, right beside the controls. It is the real widget, not a mock-up. Change your brand accent color and the preview recolors instantly, so you can dial in the exact look before you save a thing. Toggle between Desktop and Mobile to check how it looks on each, and the preview stays true to what your shoppers actually see: same layout, same order, same everything.

Customize your chat widget's brand color
Your storefront chat widget can now match your brand. Open Settings, Chat widget, Customize widget, set your brand accent color (a hex code like #7C5CFC), then Save. The color themes the chat bubble and its buttons on your storefront, and it takes effect on the next storefront page load. This is the first control in a new full-screen widget customizer, opened right from your settings page.

Your chat widget status now tells you the truth
The Chat widget settings page used to show "active, last seen" based on whether the bubble had ever loaded on your store, which could keep saying "live" for a while after you had actually turned it off, or warn you when it was really on. Now Arbyn reads your published theme directly, so the status reflects whether the widget is enabled right now. If it is off, you will see "Chat isn't showing on your storefront yet" with a one-click Open theme editor button that drops you exactly where you need to flip it on. And if the widget ever gets switched off, a matching warning now appears right on your Command Center home so you notice. It clears itself automatically once Arbyn's next background check confirms the widget is back on.

Quiz results now celebrate the win
When a shopper finishes a quiz they now see a proper reward moment, "Congratulations! Here's the reward you earned" with the discount code front and centre, instead of a bare score like "100%". The code sits under a one-tap Apply at checkout button that takes it straight to checkout with the discount already applied (or drops it in their cart to apply the moment they check out), so there is no copy-paste and nothing to lose. Rewards labelled "gift card" are now called "Gift code" and described plainly: it is a discount code the shopper redeems at checkout, not a separate stored-value gift card. And if a reward you offered has since expired, the shopper just sees their score, never a "here's your reward" message with nothing behind it. Every quiz step also shows up in the conversation's Conversion events timeline in your inbox, so you can watch the quiz funnel play out per shopper right next to their chat.
