Your emails now show who is writing them
Emails from your agent now carry a photo and a proper signature for whoever is sending it, so a
message from your agent reads like it came from a person on your team rather than a system notice.
Every email still reads correctly if a mail client blocks images.

The chat box now waits its turn
Sending is held for a moment while your agent is still writing its reply, so a quick follow up
message can no longer slip in and go unanswered. If a reply is ever delayed, the hold releases
itself so a customer is never locked out of typing.

Arbyn now knows which regions of a country you actually ship to
If you ship to most of a country but have turned some regions off, Arbyn could not see the
difference and would promise delivery anywhere in that country. It now checks your real region
list, answers definitely when a shopper names their region by name, and asks rather than guesses
when they only name the country. Your full list of countries in a shipping zone is also shown now,
instead of being cut short.

Zones and rates now show the full picture
Opening a delivery profile in your Knowledge Center now shows every country, expandable to the
exact regions it covers, and each rate names the condition that makes it apply, so a free shipping
rate reads as "order over 70.00" instead of an unexplained zero. Countries are shown by name rather
than a two letter code.

You now see the amount before you approve a store credit return
Approving a return where the customer chose store credit both approves the return and moves real
money, in a single click. Until now the approval card showed you the order, the reason and the photo,
but never the figure. You could not tell from the screen whether you were about to issue a small
amount or a large one, and you found out only afterwards.
The amount is now on the card before you click, in the order's own currency. If the credit cannot be
issued automatically for some reason, the card tells you that first, rather than emailing you about
it after the fact.

Arbyn now checks whether your store can actually use store credit
Store credit only works on Shopify's newer customer accounts, and a customer can only spend it when
they are signed in at checkout. Arbyn now reads your store's real setup and behaves accordingly: if
your store cannot redeem store credit at all, the option is turned off and tells you why, rather than
letting Arbyn offer something a customer could never use.
Where store credit does work but signing in is optional in your store, Arbyn tells the customer they
will need to sign in to spend it, and gives them your store's own sign in link so they can.

Triggers, Bundles, Discounts and Quiz now explain themselves
Each of these builders now carries a short, plain note explaining what the setting you are configuring actually does, so you no longer have to test it live or guess to find out.

Your quiz results are now something a shopper can buy from
A quiz used to end by naming the right product and stopping there. The shopper had just been told
exactly what suited them, and then had to go and find it themselves. Plenty of them did not.
Every product a quiz shows now carries **Add to bag** and **Buy now**: the recommended product, the
fallback when it steps in, and each cross-sell. It works on the result screen and on the screen a
returning shopper sees once their retakes are used up. It also works for a shopper who has never sent
you a chat message, so a quiz taken cold can still finish in a sale.
Two smaller things in the same release. The quiz builder now explains what each section does as you
build it, instead of leaving you to work it out. And **Save and activate** returns you to your quiz
list, so you can see the quiz went live rather than being left on the editor wondering.

See exactly how each of your international markets is set up
The markets section of your Knowledge area now lists every market you sell into, along with its currency, storefront address, product catalog and tax or duty treatment, so you can see at a glance which markets are genuinely active and how they differ from each other.

Arbyn now writes to you in your own language
Every email Arbyn sends you now follows the language you chose inside the app. If you set Arbyn to
Portuguese, your welcome letter, your alerts and your digests arrive in Portuguese, not just the
buttons around them.
One email already worked this way. The rest could not, for a reason worth being honest about: the
part of Arbyn that builds those emails was never given the ability to translate them. It was not a
setting anyone had switched off. It simply could not, and nothing reported that.
Twenty one emails now speak all twenty one languages Arbyn supports. If a phrase has not been
translated yet, that line falls back to English rather than arriving blank.
We also found and fixed a Thai email that had our own name written into it by hand, so a store that
had renamed its assistant saw the wrong name. It now uses yours.

Translate now tells you what it will translate into
The Translate button in the reply box named no language, so you had to click it to find out what you would get. It now names the language before you click, written in your own admin language, and a picker beside it lets you choose the language you want when the detected one is not what you want.
Shorten was also added to that toolbar. It had existed for some time and no button had ever been connected to it.

Your Knowledge score now counts what Arbyn actually knows about your customers
The customer profile part of your Knowledge score was only counting an older kind of stored note, and could not see the newer, more detailed customer information Arbyn has been building, like preferences, sizes and relationships. That meant the score could tell you your customer knowledge was thin at the very moment it had grown, and point you toward work that was already done.
It now counts both, and still ignores anything that has expired or been replaced by a more recent detail, so the number cannot be propped up by something Arbyn no longer believes.
