Rep AI alternative for Shopify, without a bill that tracks your traffic.
Your bill tracks your traffic. Arbyn charges $0, $59 or $99, flat.
Rep AI prices by monthly site traffic. Every plan is a visitor band with $12 for every additional 1,000 visitors on top, so an ad push or a launch adds cost whether those visitors ever open the chat. Arbyn is $99 a month flat with unlimited conversations, and it re-addresses real Shopify orders inside the conversation on its own, and issues refunds and starts returns with your approval.
The real bill
What you’d actually pay.
Three real scenarios at three real volumes, using Rep AI's published 2026 pricing and the automation rate their own team recommends. Arbyn's side is a flat monthly price you pick in advance, with nothing metered on top of it.
Rep AI's Starter plan covers up to 10K visitors a month at $104. At this level it is close to Arbyn Agent, and we will say so. Below that, Arbyn Growth is $59/mo for 500 AI conversations and Arbyn Starter is $0/mo for 150, so there are two steps under Agent if you want to start lower.
Traffic doubles, so the plan does. Rep AI's Basic band covers up to 25K visitors at $199. Arbyn's price has not moved, because visitors are not what Arbyn charges for.
Rep AI's Standard band tops out at 50K visitors for $350. Every 1,000 visitors past the cap adds $12 at their published overage rate, so a launch or a seasonal surge keeps climbing from here. Arbyn stays at $99.
Verified July 2026. Plan prices, visitor caps, the free plan and the $12 per 1,000 visitor overage are from Rep AI's Shopify App Store listing. The Support $250, Sales $578 and Concierge $726 figures, and the 3K to 500K session slider, are from hellorep.ai/pricing, shown at its 80,000-sessions default. Verified against hellorep.ai/pricing.
Pricing model decoded
Per visitor. Not per conversation. Very different math.
Rep AI meters monthly site visitors. That is a fundamentally different model from a conversation-based tool, and it is why the two bills behave differently: yours grows every time you run an ad, launch a product or hit a seasonal spike, whether or not those visitors ever opened the chat.
Ad traffic bills you even when nobody chats. Rep AI charges per visitor, not per conversation. A campaign that pushes 10,000 visitors past your plan cap adds $120 at their published rate of $12 per 1,000 additional visitors, whether a single one of them engaged the AI or not. Arbyn charges for neither. Its price follows the conversations you actually had: $0, $59 or $99 flat.
Seasonal spikes are billable events. Say you are on Standard at $350/mo, which covers 50K visitors. A November that brings 90,000 visitors puts you 40,000 over the cap, and at their published $12 per 1,000 that is $480 of overage on top of the $350. The traffic you worked hardest for is the traffic that costs you the most. Arbyn's line item does not change.
Sales and support are two products, priced twice. Rep AI's own pricing page (hellorep.ai/pricing) runs off a Monthly Website Visits slider from 3K to 500K sessions and splits the agents apart. At its 80,000 sessions default it shows Support at $250/mo and Sales at $578/mo, with the AI Concierge bundle at $726/mo, and it sends 500K+ sessions to sales for custom pricing. Those are slider outputs, not list prices, so they move the moment your traffic does. Arbyn is one agent doing both, at $99.

The honest part
Where Rep AI actually wins.
A page that only says “we win” is a sales pitch, not a comparison. So here are three things Rep AI genuinely does better than Arbyn today, no hedging. Take them seriously if they matter to your store. Most Shopify store owners weigh them against $0, $59 or $99 a month, flat, and an agent that can act on the order, and switch anyway.
Where Rep AI is genuinely ahead, stated plainly.
Rep AI is further along on channels than we are. Their site ships dedicated website, email, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp surfaces today, and their pricing hero leads with exactly that reach. Arbyn does email and live chat now. Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp are on our roadmap and we are not going to pretend otherwise on a page whose whole point is that we tell you the truth about pricing. They also carry 4.7 out of 5 across 113 Shopify App Store reviews, and a Pay-as-you-Grow plan that is free to install with 100 free visitors a month, so a very low-traffic store really can run them at no cost.
Where Arbyn is different is the model, not the feature checklist. Rep AI charges for traffic: their Shopify plans are visitor bands at $99 up to 10K, $199 up to 25K and $350 up to 50K, each with $12 for every additional 1,000 visitors, and their own pricing page prices Sales and Support as two separate agents off a Monthly Website Visits slider. Arbyn is one agent doing sales and support on one flat $99 a month, unlimited, with a $0 Starter plan that includes 150 AI conversations per calendar month. And Arbyn finishes the job inside the conversation: it changes the shipping address through Shopify's own API on its own, and issues the refund or starts the return with your approval, then writes every action to the Shopify order timeline.
If your traffic is small and steady and you want Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp on day one, Rep AI is a reasonable pick and we would rather you knew that. Choose Arbyn when you want one price that does not move as your traffic grows, and an agent that takes the real Shopify order action in the thread instead of describing it.
- 01More live channels: Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp ship today. Ours are roadmap.
- 02Free to install, with 100 free visitors a month, so a very low-traffic store can run at no cost.
- 034.7 out of 5 across 113 Shopify App Store reviews.
Where Arbyn wins
Three reasons store owners actually switch.
Your bill does not track your traffic
Arbyn is $99 a month flat, with unlimited conversations. Rep AI's Shopify plans are visitor bands ($99 up to 10K, $199 up to 25K, $350 up to 50K) with $12 for every additional 1,000 visitors, so an ad push, a launch or a seasonal surge adds cost whether those visitors chat or not.
Same price in November as in February.
Arbyn acts on the order in the thread
Arbyn changes the shipping address inside the conversation through Shopify's own API on its own, and issues refunds and starts returns with your approval, and writes every action to the Shopify order timeline. Rep AI's pricing pages sell an AI sales and support agent priced by traffic. Finishing the order action is what Arbyn is built to do.
The address change is automatic. The refund waits for your one-tap approval.
Sales and support on one price
Rep AI's own pricing page (hellorep.ai/pricing) splits them into separately priced agents. At its 80,000 monthly sessions default it shows Support at $250/mo and Sales at $578/mo, with the AI Concierge bundle at $726/mo. Arbyn runs sales and support as one agent on one $99 plan, and starts at $0 with 150 AI conversations per calendar month.
Their figures are slider outputs shown for 80,000 sessions/month, not list prices.
Arbyn vs Rep AI: common questions
Arbyn has three flat plans, $0, $59 or $99 a month, with no per-ticket, no per-resolution and no per-seat fee on any of them. Rep AI is priced tiered by monthly site visitors, so their bill moves with how much your store gets used and the gap widens as you grow. This page shows the maths at three real volumes. Arbyn's free plan includes 150 AI conversations a month, $59 buys 500, and $99 is unlimited.
