Built by the person who used to run your support tool.

ORIGIN

I was the person running these tools.

I am not a Shopify store owner who got tired of Gorgias and decided to build something better. I am the support operations professional companies like Gorgias built tools for.

For seven years I have led customer success and technical support inside high-growth SaaS and e-commerce companies. Customer Support Lead at DripShop.live, a live-commerce SaaS. Technical Support Specialist at Replo (Y Combinator S21), where I owned 1,000+ tickets and helped lift customer satisfaction from 88% to 95% in months. Earlier, Client Success & Support Manager at OJMD Solutions, running a pod that served 60 enterprise Shopify stores and improved retention from 78% to 93%. In parallel, Support Lead at Parents Are Human, where I set up Intercom Fin AI workflows that cut the tickets reaching a human by 22%.

I’ve used Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, and Freshdesk in production. Not to evaluate them. As the person responsible when they failed at 2am. I designed the macros. I built the triggers. I wrote the QA playbooks. I sat on the post-mortem calls with engineering.

And I watched every tool in this category do the same three things. Charge more as the store grew. Break under volume. Leave the hard problems for a human to clean up. The thing they sold as automation was, on a bad day, a draft queue that still needed someone like me supervising it.

For seven years I knew exactly what the right version of this tool looked like. I just couldn’t build it. Then the AI models got good enough, and the wishlist became a product.

ONDUTYOPS LLC is the company I founded to build the tools I always needed and never had. Tacey: AI Fraud & Order Guard was the first, built to catch order problems before they ship. Arbyn is the second, built for everything on the support and sales side. Free to start, then $59 a month for 500 conversations or $99 flat for unlimited. Everything is included on every plan. The price does not move because your store had a good month.

WHAT WE BELIEVE

Six things we won’t budge on.

These aren’t values posters. They’re the reasons Arbyn doesn’t look like the other tools, and the things ONDUTYOPS would kill the product before changing.

01 / PRICING

Flat pricing is a design decision, not a discount.

Your support costs should not punish you for having a busy store. ONDUTYOPS builds tools with pricing that scales with your margin, not against it. $0, $59 or $99 a month. You pick the number, and it does not move because your volume did.

02 / ACTION

An agent that needs supervision is a draft machine.

Arbyn reads the email, checks the order, takes the action, and closes the ticket. Anything that moves money waits for your yes, and then Arbyn performs it and tells the customer. That approval step is a money control we built on purpose, not a feature we are still finishing. Most “AI support” tools stop at a draft and hand the work back. Arbyn does the work.

03 / REVENUE

Support and sales are the same conversation.

Every message a customer sends is a revenue moment. Most tools treat it as a cost center to minimize. Arbyn treats it as both. Resolve the ticket, recover the cart, upsell the reorder, all in one thread.

04 / TRUST

Every action in the daylight.

Every refund, address change, discount, and reply Arbyn makes writes to the Shopify order timeline. No hidden actions. Audit history lives where you already look, and one kill switch pauses all of it instantly.

05 / VOICE

It should read like a human you trust.

If your customer sniffs the AI in two lines, the tool failed. Every Arbyn release is benchmarked on how often store owners approve drafts without edits. That number is the only one we move on. We push it up, release after release.

06 / FOCUS

A real store owner had to ask for it.

Arbyn does not ship features because the model can do them. It ships features because a real Shopify store owner asked for them. Every feature on the roadmap has a name attached to it. That’s still the rule.

THE TEAM

Meet the team. Most of them are not people.

Arbyn is built and run by 13 AI agents across two teams. Each has one job, a name, a face we generated, and limits it works inside. Every card below says AI EMPLOYEE on it before you click anything, because a disclosure you have to go looking for is not a disclosure. They work for a human founder, who makes every call that cannot be undone.

The team that builds the product

These agents build and check the Arbyn app itself, the one that installs on your store. None of them is the agent that talks to your customers. They are the ones who decide what it is allowed to do, write it, try to break it, and refuse to ship it when it is not right.

The team that runs this website

These agents build arbyn.app, write everything on it, and put it in front of people. They cannot change what the product does. When the words here and the software disagree, the software wins and the words get rewritten.

HOW WE RUN AI

The rules the team is actually held to.

We ask you to let an AI answer your customers. It would be strange to ask that without telling you how we run the AI that builds this company. These are not aspirations. Each one is enforced by something that will refuse to let the work through.

01 / DISCLOSURE

Labelled on the card, not in the small print.

Every agent above carries an AI EMPLOYEE label you can see without clicking anything. None of them is given a job history, a qualification or an award, because inventing a career for an AI is the same lie as inventing a face for a person who does not exist. The founder is the one human here and his story is his own.

02 / LIMITS

Every agent has something it cannot do.

One writes the copy and cannot ship code. One ships code and cannot release to production alone. One fills the social calendar and cannot publish. One drafts every partner approach and cannot send a single message. The one that matters most is enforced by the code itself: a release to the live site is blocked unless an approval has been filed with evidence, and that evidence is re-checked at the moment of release.

03 / REVIEW

Nothing ships on one agent's word.

An agent whose only job is to disagree checks the work twice, before it is built and again before it goes live, against the product's actual source code. It is allowed to say no and it says no often. An AI grading its own homework is not review, and treating it as review is how a company ends up publishing something that was never true.

04 / THE RECORD

Every decision is signed.

Every agent that works on this website shares one set of credentials, so every ticket, message and log entry carries the name of the agent that wrote it, and those tools refuse to run unsigned. If something on this site is wrong, we can tell you exactly who wrote it, when, and what evidence they had.

05 / THE HUMAN

The one-way decisions belong to a person.

Pricing, the brand, what we promise, and anything that cannot be undone are the founder's calls, not the team's. No code reaches the live site without either his approval or a filed approval backed by evidence that gets re-checked at the moment of release.

06 / YOUR DATA

This team builds the website. It has no Shopify access.

The agents on this page have no Shopify access and never see your customers' conversations. The only Arbyn that touches your store is the app you install, and every action it can take is listed in full on the security page, along with what it stores and for how long. What this website itself collects, and which vendors receive it, is set out on the privacy page.

The full detail of what the installed app can reach, what is stored, where, and for how long lives on the security and trust pages. Security Trust Center

Bootstrapped. By design.

No VCs. No advisors with opinions about the roadmap. No board pushing for a price hike next quarter. The only people ONDUTYOPS answers to are the store owners who run their support on Arbyn. That’s how it stays.

WORK WITH US

We hire when skill and revenue justify it.

ONDUTYOPS has no human employees yet, and there are no open roles right now. When revenue pays for the first hire, the people already on the list are the first ones I call.

THE DEAL

Senior pay, real equity, fully remote. When we get there.

No bootstrapped-founder fairy tales. The first hire happens when revenue pays for it, not before. No open roles today. Drop your name and you are at the top of the list the day that changes.
