Most AI support tools sound like AI. That's the part store owners hate. Voice Fingerprint is the piece of Arbyn that fixes it: you set your tone, Arbyn drafts every reply in shadow mode, and the replies you approve calibrate it until it stops sounding like a chatbot and starts sounding like your store.
What it does
When you go live, Arbyn does not send anything on its own. It drafts a reply to every new conversation and holds it for you to review. You send it as-is, edit it, or ask for another try. Nothing reaches a customer until you send it.
You give it a starting point too: pick a tone, and, if you want, paste your brand-voice guidelines. From there, the replies you approve are what shape how it writes for your store.
How store owners use it
- Set once, then hands-off. Pick a tone and, if you want, paste your brand-voice notes. You never have to write a full style guide.
- Calibrated on your approvals. For your first conversations Arbyn drafts in shadow mode and you approve or edit each one. Every approval sharpens the voice until it earns auto-send.
- Consistent across channels. Your voice carries across email and live chat today, with Instagram DMs and Facebook Messenger coming soon.
Arbyn drafts in shadow mode and you approve or edit each one. After about 50 approved drafts, it earns auto-send and starts replying on its own.
What it costs
Voice Fingerprint is included on all three Arbyn plans, Starter, Growth and Agent. There's no per-fingerprint fee, no token surcharge, no add-on. Your voice is included at no extra cost, with nothing metered per message.
It's part of the flat monthly rate on every plan, free on Starter, $59 on Growth, $99 on Agent. That number doesn't go up because your support volume does.
How to enable it
There is nothing to import and no fingerprint to build by hand. It runs automatically from the moment you go live:
- Install Arbyn and finish onboarding. It goes live in shadow mode, drafting replies without sending them.
- In Settings, pick your tone and, if you want, paste any brand-voice guidelines you want Arbyn to follow. Both are optional.
- Review the draft Arbyn writes for each new conversation. Send it as-is, edit it, or ask for another try.
- Each reply you approve calibrates it. After about 50 conversations, auto-send unlocks.
- Turn on auto-send when you are comfortable. You can pause it or go back to drafts any time.
The fine print
Voice samples are stored encrypted in the region you choose (the US by default, or the EU on request). They're never used to train the AI models behind Arbyn, the providers that run those models are contractually barred from keeping your data, and what Arbyn stores is a set of style patterns, not the replies you pasted. Delete it any time and Arbyn falls back to a neutral house voice within seconds.
