A shopper does not always have a link. They have a friend's bottle, a photo from a story, a screenshot from somewhere else entirely. Most chat tools cannot do anything with that: the picture sits there, unread, and the shopper has to describe what they want in words instead.
What it does
Arbyn reads the photo. It identifies the brand, the exact product name, every word it can make out on the label or the box, then searches your live catalog for a match, the same way it would search from typed text.
Find a match, and Arbyn does not just describe it back. It returns a real product card pulled from your store: the actual image, the actual price, and a way to add it to the bag or buy it right there in the thread.

How store owners use it
- "Do you sell this?" A shopper sends a photo of a product they saw somewhere else. Arbyn identifies it and checks your catalog for a match.
- A real card, not a guess. When it finds a match, the reply carries the product's own image and price, pulled from your store, with Add and Buy now.
- No match, no dead end. If nothing matches, Arbyn says so plainly and offers the closest thing you actually carry, rather than pretending it found something.

What it costs
Included on both plans, Starter and Agent. There is no per-search fee and no visual-search add-on.
It is part of the same $99 flat rate as everything else. A tool that charges more every time a customer sends a photo is charging you for the moment they were closest to buying.
How to enable it
There is nothing to switch on. If a shopping message carries a photo, Arbyn reads it and searches your catalog.
- Install Arbyn. It reads your full catalog on install, and stays in sync as you add or change products.
- A shopper attaches a photo on the chat widget, asking about a product.
- Arbyn identifies the product from the photo and searches your live catalog for a match.
- A match returns as a real product card: image, price, Add to bag, Buy now, all in the same thread.

The fine print
Arbyn describes what is in an image, it does not identify people in it. Product matching runs against your own catalog only. If nothing in your store matches what the photo shows, Arbyn says so rather than guessing.
