A customer thinks they have store credit left. They are usually not sure how much, and often not sure which card. It is a small question that quietly costs a human reply every single time.
What it does
Arbyn looks it up. It resolves the customer from their verified email, or from a gift-card code or last-four they give you, and reads the balance straight from Shopify: the masked card number, what is left on it, and when it expires.
The important part is what it does when it finds nothing. It says so. It does not promise to check and then never come back, and it does not invent a balance to be helpful, which is exactly the failure this was built to end.

How store owners use it
- "How much is left on my card?" Arbyn reads the balance for the verified customer and answers in the thread, with the expiry, so nobody has to open Shopify admin.
- "I have a code somewhere." The customer pastes the code, or just the last four. Arbyn matches on that and reports what is on it.
- No card, said plainly. If there is no gift card or store credit, Arbyn tells them so, rather than guessing or leaving the question open.
Arbyn resolves the customer from their verified email, or from a code they give you, and reports the masked card, the balance and the expiry. If there is no card, it says there is no card.
What it costs
Included on both plans, Starter and Agent. There is no lookup fee.
It is part of the same $99 flat rate as everything else, and it is free on Starter.
How to enable it
There is nothing to switch on. Arbyn reads gift cards through the same Shopify connection it uses for everything else.
- Install Arbyn on your Shopify store.
- A customer asks about a gift card, store credit or a voucher.
- Arbyn resolves them from their verified email, or from the code they give, and reads the balance.
- It replies with the masked card, the balance and the expiry, or tells them there is none.

The fine print
Arbyn only reads a balance for a customer it has verified, or against a code the customer themselves supplied, so a stranger cannot fish for someone else's store credit. Reading a balance is a read: Arbyn never spends, adjusts or voids a card. Issuing a NEW gift card is a separate action, and it waits for your approval.
